Melanie always grows a few centimetres when she has ridden through another set of bicycle rims. The daily melee in inner-city traffic keeps her entertained and trains her mouth. She has worked for well-known publishers, agencies and the German public broadcaster ARD, where she has written numerous articles and developed digital formats. Even before she joined flmh as a partner in 2006, she had already trained hundreds of journalists, developed concepts, published a specialist book and given birth to two children. At flmh, she is responsible for copywriting and editing, develops cross-media strategies and campaigns as well as communication concepts and exhibitions. As a literature and media scholar, her favorite pastime should actually be reading – but instead she likes to hang out with other athletes on Berlin’s sports fields.
