A native Hanseatic citizen, Lukas completed commercial training after receiving his high school diploma and worked at a bank in Hamburg. Realising there was much more to explore (and perhaps Hamburg wasn’t the center of the world after all?), he decided to study sociology in Heidelberg and political science in Amsterdam. His enduring interest in international cooperation was solidified by an internship at the United Nations in Geneva, which he completed as a DAAD scholarship recipient. After his studies, Lukas moved to Berlin, where he continues to play football and passionately (and steadfastly) supports his home club, FC St. Pauli. In addition to German, he also speaks English, French, and a little Dutch. At flmh, he is responsible for office management, administration, conception, and project management.
