Philosophy or art – the decision was not an easy one for Joan. In the end, it was thanks to his – as he says – bad philosophy teacher that he turned to art. After completing his studies in Barcelona, he worked as a designer in a print shop, but then decided to go to the Academie di Belle Arti in Bologna. Joan finally came to Berlin for an internship in an art gallery. He stayed because you can play table tennis in any park here and there are also plenty of museums where he can continue to live out his passion for art. Joan is part of the graphics team at flmh. In his free time, the young father likes to play chess online and is thinking about getting an electric piano so that he doesn’t disturb his little family when practicing late at night.
