For 20 years: mobilisation against right-wing extremism
Right-wing extremism is on the rise, and not just since yesterday. The Aktionsbündnis Brandenburg gegen Gewalt, Rechtsextremismus und Rassismus (Brandenburg Action Alliance against violence, right-wing extremism and racism) has been supporting and mobilising civil society against right-wing extremist tendencies for more than 20 years – also with the help of campaigns.
A campaign against hate and hate speech
flmh developed the campaign “Schöner leben ohne Nazis” (Living better without Nazis) for the Action Alliance during the 2013 federal election campaign. The aim was to convince young voters that hatred, hate speech and violence against marginalised groups and minorities make life worse for everyone – not just for those affected by it. flmh developed materials that are versatile and can also be used for quick actions in marketplaces or at campaigns.
A brand of its own has been created
The campaign has long since become a brand. For every state and federal election, flmh has designed several poster campaigns as well as promotional materials such as stickers and balloons. In summer 2015, flmh designed a cinema trailer, deckchairs, the programme booklet and other advertising materials for an open-air cinema event series for the first time. Even accessories such as cloth bags and wristbands are now available in the campaign design.
