All people should have equal access to the world of education and work in Berlin: that is the task to which BQN – Zentrum für Diversitätskompetenz (Centre for Diversity Competence) is committed. The focus is on marginalised population groups with a history of immigration and/or experiences of racism. BQN advises authorities, companies and schools, among others, on diversity-oriented and anti-discriminatory recruitment and development.
Sharpened organisational identity and clear communication strategy
flmh provided strategic support to BQN Berlin in the development of a new organisational identity for communication and visibility. The profile as a “Centre for Diversity Competence” was developed in a multi-stage consulting process and joint workshops.
New design and new website
Building on this, flmh created a new logo, a visual identity and a modular design system. The results include templates for social media, presentations and business stationery as well as a responsive screen design. For the website, flmh developed a flexible structural concept that links content across projects and makes BQN’s diverse work more accessible.
